These yoga classes are open to all. You do not have to have tried yoga before, you do not have to have any specific body type or yoga clothing! Yoga is the meeting of yourself - exactly as you are. Yoga is about developing awareness and making a connection with yourself. Using breath, movement, stillness and intention, together we will build self-awareness, confidence, flexibility and support in your life. It helps with your sense of well-being, reducing stress and anxiety, improving sleep, focus and concentration.
My yoga teacher training is a 220 hour course with Jessica Hatchet from Flow Yoga in West Cork. This training is ongoing until February 2020 and we are encouraged to begin our teaching at this stage. I have been teaching a private group since March 2019 (see reviews below) and as you can see from my other posts have been teaching groups in breath, movement, meditation etc for over 10 years. However, I feel that it's right to offer my classes at a reduced price until my training is complete.
